Unlike the T3, the T5 features an all-aluminum unibody with a solid color throughout the unit and black caps on each edge. Higher capacity 1 and 2TB models come in the company’s Deep Black color. The T3 is compatible with a wide range of USB-equipped devices, including the latest Android phones and tablets, along with PCs and Macs, of course. The T3 also has a modernized enclosure with metal and rubberized accents, and the new drives are outfitted with USB 3.1 Type-C connections.
